2009 SAUVIGNON BLANC
Pale straw in colour, a fresh white wine in the French style with delicious honey and blossom nose, with spicy cinnamon notes. Citrus and passionfruit come through on the dry palate with a lingering finish.
Serve with subtle foods or as an afternoon wine.

2005 RED BARN CHARDONNAY (James Halliday 90 Points)
Pale gold in colour with an appealing nose showing gooseberries, citrus and stone fruit. A beautifully balanced lightly oaked chardonnay with a crisp finish.
Serve with seafood, veal or chicken casseroles, risotto primavera.

2008 THE ENCLOSURE CHARDONNAY
Bright gold in colour, with aromas of melons and spicy citrus. The Enclosure has butterscotch and creamy yeast with complex oak (both French and American new oak) on the palate and a long vibrant finish. If you like a "woody" chardonnay with a finish that goes on and on, this is for you.
Serve with stir-fries, rice dishes and poultry.

2008 ARNEIS (James Halliday 87 Points)
An Italian styled, dry, white wine of pale straw colour. Apples, pears and almond aroma, with a full bodied spicy palate with a hint of lycees. Chewy tannic finish. "Persistent and elegant" **** - WineState.
Serve with seafood (Arneis loves shell fish), Thai dishes, curries and chilli dishes.

2007 MOSCATO (James Halliday 86 Points)
The Italian "Breakfast Wine" from Asti. Fragrant with intense floral and tropical aromas. Citrus and passionfruit on the palate with a firm finish. This is a great aperitif or for afternoon drinkies.

2008 SWEET HARMONY
A moscato dessert wine. Luscious, sweet Muscat fruit characters with sweet syrupy palate with a good acid balance to offset the sweetness.
Serve with most sweet deserts. Goes particularly well with fine coffee or blue cheese.

2009 GEWURZTRAMINER
A full bodied white from Alsace on the French/German border with a sweet, floral nose followed by a rich, dry palate, this wine exhibits the traditional armours of lychees and pears and lingering, spicy flavours.
Serve with spicy Asian dishes or seafood.

2010 BLAZE ROSE`
A delicious blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Shiraz juices, this is a full-bodied Rosé with a "blood orange" colour. Red cherries and almond nose with a rich spicy palate make it suitable to chill as a traditional Rosé or serve as a serious table wine.

2008 THE ENCLOSURE PINOT NOIR (James Halliday 89 Points)
The Mornington Peninsula is one of only a few areas in Australia suitable to produce fine Pinots. Rich black cherries and plums on the nose with a hint of mint, chary vanilla oak, and a savoury palate with a full body, makes our Pinot Noir very special.
Serve with full flavoured savoury dishes.

2006 SHIRAZ
Deep red colour with intense berry aromas and plenty of white pepper. A rounded palate loaded with plums, mulberries, dark chocolate and toasty oak followed by a soft tannic finish. This is the latest edition of our much awarded Shiraz with 6 trophies and 6 gold medals awarded to the 4 vintages.
Serve with most full-bodied foods particularly lamb shanks or roasts.

2008 DOLCETTO
Brick red colour, smoky aroma with cherries, raspberries and dark chocolate. Liquorice and prunes on the palate with a long soft tannic finish. A favourite with char-grilled.
As with many Italian styles, Dolcetto is best served with food.
