Our aim always is to make the most interesting wine possible. We attempt this by taking and judging each batch of fruit on its merits. Where necessary we vary any or all the wine making procedures to achieve complexity and flavour balance with the emphasis on the consumer's expectations for varietal and regional character.

Unusual varieties are still providing the challenge of ascertaining what the true varietal characters are. Once we interpret the inherent characteristics of the fruit we then aim to achieve a representative style for the variety, vineyard and region. Box Stallion's range of French, Italian, German and Spanish varieties gives the opportunity to produce a truly international stable of wines.
